Clitherall City is a United States city located in the Otter Tail County, Minnesota, United States. As of 2000 the population was 118. In July 2008, its estimated population was 113, making it Minnesota's 114th smallest. The city comprises an area of 0.2 square miles (0.52 square kilometre), it is the 31st smallest in terms of geographical size.
