Clio City, Genesee County, Michigan is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 2483. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 2489, It is 277th most populous in Michigan. The city encompasses an area of 1.18 sq mi (3.06 square kilometre), it is the 200th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Michigan.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2483 people in the city, organized into 1093 households, and 659 families living in the city. The population density was 2109.8 people per square mile (814.6/kmē), making it the 132nd most densely populated city in Michigan.
