Clermont County is a county in the United States of Ohio. In 2000, county's population was 177977 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 195385, It is the 14th largest in terms of population. The county has a total area of 457.67 sq mi (1185.36 kmē), of which, 451.99 square miles (1170.65 kmē) of it is land and 5.68 square miles (14.71 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 44th largest by total area in Ohio.

The population density was 393.8 people per square mile (152.05/kmē), it would be the 13th most densely populated county in the U.S. state of Ohio. In the county Age distribution was 27.9% under the age of 18, 8.4% from 18 to 24, 31.7% from 25 to 44, 22.6% from 45 to 64, and 9.4% who were 65 or older. For every 100 males there were 103.8 females. For every 100 males age 18 and over, there were 106.8 females. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the county is 195385, The racial makeup of the county was 188652 White, 2854 Black or African American, 383 American Indian, 1661 Asian, 43 Native Hawaiian, and 1792 from two or more races.
