Clearfield Borough is a borough located in Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 6631. The borough's estimated population as of July 2008 was 6173, It is 200th most populous in Pennsylvania. The borough spans an area of 1.89 square miles (4.9 kmē), of which, 1.82 square miles (4.71 kmē) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 kmē) of it is water, making it Pennsylvania's 401st largest by total area.
