Clarkson Valley City, Missouri is a city of the St. Louis County, Missouri, United States. As of 2000 the population was 2675. Its population was estimated at 2569 in July 2008, making it the 202nd most populous in Missouri. The city extends throughout a territory of 2.74 square miles (7.1 square kilometre ), of which, 2.69 square miles (6.97 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 207th largest by total area in Missouri.
