Clarks Summit Borough, Pennsylvania is a borough of the Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, United States. In 2000, the population was 5126. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the borough is 4964, It is the 273rd most populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Its area is just over 1.6 mi˛ (4.14 sq km), it is the 487th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 5126 people in the borough, organized into 2190 households, and 1439 families living in the borough.
