Clark County is a county located in the United States of Wisconsin. The population of the county was 33557 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the county is 33553, giving it the 41st largest population among Wisconsin's county. It is spread over 1219.08 square miles (3157.4 kmē), of which, 1215.64 square miles (3148.49 kmē ) of it is land and 3.44 square miles (8.91 kmē) of it is water, making it the 13th largest by size in Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 33557 people, 12047 households, and 8678 families living in the county. The population density was 27.6 people per square mile (10.66/kmē), making it the 18th least densely populated county in Wisconsin. There were 13531 housing units at an average density of 11.1 per square mile (4.29/kmē). The average household size was 2.73 people, and the average family size was 3.27 people. In the county Population was distributed with 29.9% under the age of 18, 7.7% from 18 to 24, 26.2% from 25 to 44, 20.2% from 45 to 64, and 16% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 100.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 98.7 males. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the county is 33553, The racial makeup of the county was 32957 White, 92 Black or African American, 202 American Indian, 108 Asian, 3 Native Hawaiian, and 191 from two or more races.
