For every 100 females there were 94.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.7 males. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 106673, The racial makeup of the county was 90.09% White, 7.4% Black or African American, 0.29% American Indian, 0.77% Asian, 0.05% Native Hawaiian, and 1.41% from two or more races.
