Clark City is a city located in Clark County, South Dakota, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. It is home to over 1285 people (2000 census). Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1062, It is 60th most populous in South Dakota. The city has a total area of 1.31 square miles (3.39 square kilometre), making it the 98th largest by size in South Dakota.
