Clark Borough is a United States borough located in the Mercer County, Pennsylvania, United States. As of 2000 the population was 633. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 620, It is Pennsylvania's 368th smallest by population . The borough encompasses an area of 3.78 sq mi (9.79 sq km ), of which, 3.05 square miles (7.9 sq km) of it is land and 0.73 square miles (1.89 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 158th largest by total area in Pennsylvania. It is ranks 14 in the size of its inland waterways in Pennsylvania.
