Circle Pines City is a United States city located in the Anoka County, Minnesota, United States. The city has a population of 4663 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 5395, It is the 134th largest in terms of population. It covers total area of 1.95 square miles (5.05 square kilometre), of which, 1.75 square miles (4.53 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.19 square miles (0.49 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 324th largest in terms of geographical size.
