It is 116th most populous in New Mexico. Its area is just over 2.41 square miles (6.24 sq km), of which, 2.39 square miles (6.19 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 153rd largest by total area among New Mexico.
