Choctaw Lake Cdp is a census designated place in the Madison County, Ohio, United States. As per the 2000 census, census designated place has a population of 1562 inhabitants. It is the 532nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Ohio. It is spread over 1.2 square miles (3.11 sq km), of which, 0.8 square miles (2.07 sq km ) of it is land and 0.4 square miles (1.04 sq km) of it is water, making it the 543rd largest by size in Ohio.
