Chilo Village is a city in the Clermont County, Ohio, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 97 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 104, giving it the 18th smallest population among Ohio. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.24 mi˛ (0.62 square kilometre), of which, 0.2 square miles (0.52 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 114th smallest by total area in Ohio.

As of the census of 2000, there were 97 people, 39 households, and 22 families living in the city. The population density was 487.3 people per square mile (188.15/km˛), giving it the 108th least densely populated city among the Ohio.
