Chignik City is a city in the Lake and Peninsula Borough, Alaska, United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 79 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 63, making it the 75th least populous in Alaska. It covers total area of 15.87 sq mi (41.1 square kilometre), of which, 11.72 square miles (30.35 square kilometre) of it is land and 4.16 square miles (10.77 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 207th largest by total area in Alaska.
