Chickasha City is a United States city located in the Grady County, Oklahoma, United States. The population of the city was 15850 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 17062, It is the 27th most populous in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The city comprises an area of 18.11 sq mi (46.9 sq km), of which, 18.06 square miles (46.78 sq km) of it is land and 0.05 square miles (0.13 sq km) of it is water, making it Oklahoma's 58th largest by total area.

The population density was 877.5 people per square mile (338.8/kmē), it would be the 233rd most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.
