Chickamaw Beach City is a city in the Cass County, Minnesota, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 148 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 145, making it the 141st least populous in Minnesota. The city extends throughout a territory of 2.56 square miles (6.63 sq km ), of which, 2.19 square miles (5.67 sq km) of it is land and 0.37 square miles (0.96 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 261st largest by total area in Minnesota.

As of the census of 2000, there were 148 residents, 63 households, and 46 families in the city.
