Cherry Valley Borough is a borough located in Butler County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, the population was 72. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 73, It is the 13th smallest in terms of population. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 2.86 mi˛ (7.41 square kilometre), making it the 234th largest by size in Pennsylvania.
