Cheney City is a city located in Spokane County, Washington, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. The city has a population of 8832 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 10385, It is 111th most populous in Washington. It is spread over 4.11 sq mi (10.64 sq km), of which, 4.09 square miles (10.59 sq km ) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 220th largest by total area among Washington.
