Chefornak City is one of the city of Bethel Census Area, Alaska, located towards the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. According to the latest population census dating back to 2000, the Chefornak City is home to 394 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 394 in July 2008, It is 130th most populous in Alaska. The city extends throughout a territory of 6.49 miē (16.81 kmē ), of which, 5.73 square miles (14.84 kmē) of it is land and 0.76 square miles (1.97 kmē) of it is water, making it the 83rd smallest by size in Alaska.
