Chambersburg Borough, Franklin County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. Chambersburg Borough had an official population of 17862 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 18302, It is the 44th most populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. The borough has a total area of 6.87 miē (17.79 kmē), it is the 66th largest by area in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania.
