Central Town is a United States town located in the Pickens County, South Carolina, United States. It is home to over 3522 people (2000 census). Its population was estimated at 4104 in July 2008, making it South Carolina's 115th largest. The town spans an area of 2.41 sq mi (6.24 square kilometre), giving it the 219th largest by total area among South Carolina.
