Central Point City is a city located in Jackson County, Oregon, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 12493 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 16503, It is Oregon's 42nd largest by population . The city encompasses an area of 3.07 sq mi (7.95 kmē), making it Oregon's 89th largest by total area.
