Cement Town is a town located in the Caddo County, Oklahoma, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 530 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 507, making it Oklahoma's 333rd largest. Its area is just over 0.45 square miles (1.17 square kilometre), giving it the 182nd smallest by total area among Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 530 residents, 222 households, and 148 families in the town. The population density was 1173.1 people per square mile (452.94/kmē), it is 131st most densely populated town in Oklahoma. There were 284 housing units at an average density of 631.1 per square mile (243.67/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.39 persons, and the average family size was 2.96 persons.
