Celina City is a United States city located in the Mercer County, Ohio, United States. In 2000, the population was 10303. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 10255, It is the 174th most populous in the U.S. state of Ohio. The city has a total area of 4.43 square miles (11.47 square kilometre), of which, 4.39 square miles (11.37 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 231st largest by total area in Ohio.
