Cedar Creek Village is a city located in Cass County, Nebraska, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 396 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 398 in July 2008, making it Nebraska's 234th largest. It covers total area of 1.08 sq mi (2.8 sq km), of which, 0.7 square miles (1.81 sq km) of it is land and 0.38 square miles (0.98 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 77th largest by total area in Nebraska. It is ranks third in the size of its inland waterways in Nebraska.

The median age is 49.2 years, the median age of male residents at 50.1 and the median age of female residents at 47.5. The racial makeup of the city was 98.74% White, 0% Black or African American, 0% American Indian, 0% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, 1.01% from two or more races and 0.25% Other races.
