Cecil Village is a city located in Shawano County, Wisconsin, in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 466 as per the 2000 census data. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 556, It is Wisconsin's 126th smallest by population . According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.4 mi˛ (3.63 square kilometre), of which, 1.37 square miles (3.55 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 399th largest by size in Wisconsin.
