Cazenovia Village, Richland and Sauk counties, Wisconsin is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. Cazenovia Village had an official population of 326 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 335, It is the 72nd smallest by population in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The city has a total area of 0.97 mi˛ (2.51 square kilometre), of which, 0.9 square miles (2.33 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.07 square miles (0.18 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 119th smallest by size in Wisconsin.

The population density was 360.3 people per square mile (139.11/km˛), it is 114th least densely populated city in Wisconsin.
