Cave Springs City, Benton County, Arkansas is a city located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 1103 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1695, making it the 195th most populous in Arkansas. It covers total area of 7.28 mi˛ (18.86 sq km), of which, 7.27 square miles (18.83 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, making it the 68th largest by size in Arkansas.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1103 people in the city, organized into 420 households, and 334 families living in the city.
