Cave Junction City is a city located in the Josephine County, Oregon, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1363 inhabitants. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1425, making it Oregon's 170th largest. The city has a total area of 1.64 sq mi (4.25 sq km), making it Oregon's 145th largest by total area.

The median age is 40.1 years, the median age of male residents at 37.3 and the median age of female residents at 42.1. The racial or ethnic makeup of the city was 92.3% White, 0.29% Black or African American, 2.05% American Indian, 0.66% Asian, 0.37% Native Hawaiian, 3.15% from two or more races and 1.17% Other races.
