Cave City City is a city located in Sharp and Independence counties, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1946. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 2046, It is Arkansas's 137th largest by population . It is spread over 2.59 miē (6.71 kmē), making it Arkansas's 196th largest by total area.
