Catoosa City is a United States city located in the Rogers and Wagoner counties, Oklahoma, United States. As of 2000 the population was 5449. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 6607, It is Oklahoma's 62nd largest by population . The city spans an area of 6.97 mi˛ (18.05 sq km), of which, 6.96 square miles (18.03 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, makes it the 153rd largest by total area in Oklahoma.

The population density was 783 people per square mile (302.32/km˛), giving it the 266th most densely populated city among the Oklahoma.
