Castleberry Town is a town in the Conecuh County, Alabama, United States. It is home to over 590 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population was 556, It is the 148th least populous in the U.S. state of Alabama. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.73 mi˛ (4.48 sq km), of which, 1.72 square miles (4.45 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, making it Alabama's 101st smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 590 people in the town, organized into 257 households, and 150 families living in the town. The population density was 344 people per square mile (132.82/km˛), making it the 213th most densely populated town in Alabama.
