Casco Village is a city in the Kewaunee County, Wisconsin, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 572 as per the Census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 539, It is the 158th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. Its area is just over 0.57 sq mi (1.48 sq km), of which, 0.56 square miles (1.45 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, making it Wisconsin's 45th smallest by total area.
