Carson City is a one of the Grant County, North Dakota, located in Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 319 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 257, giving it the 132nd largest population among North Dakota. Its area is just over 4.02 square miles (10.41 kmē), it is the 22nd largest in terms of geographical size.
