Carrollton City, Denton, Dallas and Collin counties, Texas is a city located in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. The city has a population of 109576 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 125595, giving it the 22nd largest population among Texas. It has total area of 36.64 square miles (94.9 kmē), of which, 36.47 square miles (94.46 kmē) of it is land and 0.18 square miles (0.47 kmē) of it is water, it is the 58th largest by area in the U.S. state of Texas.
