Carroll County is a county located in the United States of Indiana. The population of the county was 20165 as per the 2000 census data. Its population was estimated at 19864 in July 2008, making it the 20th least populous county in Indiana. It covers total area of 375.05 sq mi (971.38 sq km), of which, 372.26 square miles (964.15 sq km) of it is land and 2.8 square miles (7.25 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 30th smallest by total area among Indiana's county.
