Carpendale Town is a town in the Mineral County, West Virginia, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 954 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 899 in July 2008, It is West Virginia's 158th largest by population . It has total area of 1.32 sq mi (3.42 square kilometre), it is the 121st largest by area in the U.S. state of West Virginia.
