Carney Town is a town located in the Lincoln County, Oklahoma, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 649 inhabitants. The town's estimated population as of July 2008 was 641, It is the 300th most populous in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.77 sq mi (4.58 sq km), it is the 298th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.
