As of July 2008, the estimated population was 673, It is Georgia's 179th smallest by population . It has total area of 2.45 square miles (6.35 kmē), of which, 2.44 square miles (6.32 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 332nd largest by area in the U.S. state of Georgia.
