Carnegie Town is a town located in Caddo County, Oklahoma, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. Carnegie Town had an official population of 1637 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1543, It is the 160th most populous in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.12 square miles (2.9 square kilometre), it is the 355th largest by area in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1637 people in the town, organized into 636 households, and 430 families residing in the town. The population density was 1468 people per square mile (566.8/kmē), it is 62nd most densely populated town in Oklahoma. There were 774 housing units at an average density of 691.1 per square mile (266.84/kmē). The average household size was 2.49 people, and the average family size was 3.1 people.
