Carnation City is a United States city located in the King County, Washington, United States. Carnation City had an official population of 1893 in 2000. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 1814, It is Washington's 284th largest by population . According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.1 mi˛ (2.85 square kilometre), it is the 120th smallest in terms of geographical size.
