Carlisle Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania is a borough located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. Carlisle Borough had an official population of 17970 in 2000. It covers total area of 5.43 sq mi (14.06 square kilometre), it is the 97th largest in terms of geographical size.
