Carey Village is a United States city located in the Wyandot County, Ohio, United States. It is home to over 3901 people (2000 census). The July 2008 population estimate is 3773, It is the 325th largest in terms of population. It covers total area of 1.98 sq mi (5.13 sq km), of which, 1.97 square miles (5.1 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, making it the 418th largest by size in Ohio.
