Caraway Town is a town located in Craighead County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1349. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the town is 1393, making it the 169th most populous in Arkansas. It has total area of 2.32 miē (6.01 kmē), it is the 218th largest by area in the U.S. state of Arkansas.
