Cape Vincent Village is a one of the Jefferson County, New York, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. It is home to over 760 people (2000 census). In July 2008, its estimated population was 782, making it the 183rd least populous in New York. The city has a total area of 0.75 sq mi (1.94 square kilometre), of which, 0.73 square miles (1.89 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, making it New York's 153rd smallest by total area.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 760 residents, 348 households, and 210 families in the city. The population density was 1037.5 people per square mile (400.58/kmē), making it the 660th most densely populated city in New York.
