Cape Neddick Cdp is a census designated place located in York County, Maine, in the Northeastern Region (New England) of United States. It is home to over 2997 people (2000 census). It is 47th most populous in Maine. Its area is just over 3.97 sq mi (10.28 square kilometre), of which, 3.74 square miles (9.69 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.23 square miles (0.6 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 71st largest by total area among Maine.
