Canton City, Cherokee County, Georgia is a city located in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. In 2000, city's population was 7709 inhabitants. Its population was estimated at 22724 in July 2008, It is the 102nd largest by population in the U.S. state of Georgia. It is spread over 14.26 mi˛ (36.93 sq km), it is the 48th largest in terms of geographical size.
