Canova Town is a town located in Miner County, South Dakota, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. It is home to over 140 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population was 118, It is the 105th smallest by population in the U.S. state of South Dakota. The town extends throughout a territory of 0.32 sq mi (0.83 sq km ), it is the 93rd smallest in terms of geographical size.
