Canonsburg Borough is a one of the Washington County, Pennsylvania, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 8607 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 8717, It is 141st most populous in Pennsylvania. Its area is just over 2.32 mi˛ (6.01 sq km), making it the 313th largest by size in Pennsylvania.
